How to arrive : Vatican Garden Inn Rome: Via Germanico 201, Rome

By Car

Easy to reach from the GRA (Ring Road). Take the Aurelia exit and follow the signs to St Peter’s. It dominates the skyline so you can’t miss it! When you get to Piazza Risorgimento follow the signs to Via Cola di Rienzo. We are parallel to Via Cola di Rienzo, as you can see from the map above.

By Air

Fiumicino airport is connected to the centre of Rome (Termini Station) by a fast train called the Leonardo Express. Tickets cost € 11 and will drop you off at Termini Station. Then take the Metro to either Lépanto or Ottaviano San Pietro (the hotel is equidistant from the two stations). All metro journeys cost € 1.

Alternatively a slower train takes you to Ostiense for € 2.50, from where you can also pick up the metro.

A taxi will cost a fixed price of €40 including luggage before 11pm.

Ciampino Airport is connected to Termini by the Schiaffini Bus Service, which costs € 5. Terravision offer the same service for € 9.

Alternatively, Cotral buses leave the Terminal every hour for Anagnina Metro at a cost of € 2. Be sure to get off at the Metro stop Anagnina and not Ciampino Train Station. From Anagnina take the Metro as described above.

By Train

From Termini take Metro Line A Lépanto or Ottaviano san Pietro, direction Battistini. We are 2 minutes walk away, as you can see from the map above.
